The content is easily digestible and completely relevant. I took longer than five weeks to complete it as I kept returning to it to really embed the info and strategy. I signed up for the Dr. Stacy Sims Menopause course as I have been a follower and disciple of hers since 2017. I am a 51 year old menopausal athlete with a multitude of problems of my own, and had to battle the peri-menopausal bulge. Now that I am close to "goal weight", I needed to know how to do better at it all, my training, my nutrition, my head space! I also have a lot of athletes in my age category and thereabouts and needed to do this course to be able to train them better. I would definitely do more courses like this, as they become available.
