Praise for Dr. Stacy Sims' Work

PietaĀ (Australia)

I've just finished the course and I wanted to say thank you. I have learned a lot about how to make sure my training is periodized properly and has the right amounts of low and high intensity. After five years of on-and-off injuries, as I've gone through perimenopause myself, I've introduced heavy lifting and more HIIT and SIT training into my ultra running. I've dropped my volume of running and increased those other areas, and I found your information really helpful to ensure that I'm balancing my training properly and hopefully this will be a turning point and I'll really start to see some benefits. So thank you so much.

Amy (USA)

I just finished your menopause 2.0 course. I am a massage therapist and personal trainer. I am definitely going through perimenopause. Low energy is definitely my worst thing. I've been trying different things in training. I definitely over-trained, but so did all of your case studies. I think it's an innate characteristic in us endurance sports athletes. I enjoyed the course very much so thank you so much for it.

KateĀ (USA)

IĀ own the Orange Theory Fitness Studios here in Louisville and am 53 years old. I wanted to get some information to share with my members and how we can help them be stronger and more active or see their improvements with this different methodology. There's a lot of confusing information out there, whether it's from their doctors or just what they're seeing online or reading or listening to podcasts. And so they are coming to me, asking me for guidance, and this course is going to help me achieve that. So thank you very much.

MarthaĀ (Canada)

Ā I loved the course. It was very informative and very clear. Now I understand why we are all tired all the time. So, yes, this was wonderful. I love the way that you do it. It was very clear. Thank you so much for doing this work because there's not much out there, or if there's out there, it's not that clear. So thank you.

MalinaĀ (Australia)

The reason for doing this course is the introduction I personally had into perimenopause. I found symptoms came on really hard and fast. I was not aware that it was the perimenopausal transition and I also did not receive the right type of GP care to support me on this journey. So I ventured into researching perimenopause as much as I could and come across Dr. Stacy Sims work. I read her books and found her course and I cannot recommend it enough. I think all women, active or not, and all professionals in the health sphere, men and women, should be doing this course. It's the best piece of education I've ever done and I think everyone should know about this issue.

RobynĀ (USA)

IĀ cater to a lot of aging people, men and women, but many women, and many of those women are Peri and postmenopausal, as am I. So I have benefited a ton from it. I love it. I recommend it to everybody. I talk about it a lot. I think that talking about peri and post menopausal issues is super important, and it's really sort of the backbone of my gym. So I am super grateful. Thank you so much.

StellaĀ (Greece & Colombia)

In the UK, I did different jobs but ended up building my own business with regard to strength, nutrition, and supporting females. Not only I did this course to best support my clients but also I face multiple health issues precisely because of the fact of over training and under eating precisely because of the lack of information that we had available back then with regards to training and nutrition for females. I love every bit of this course, and I really feel empowered to continue helping my clients the best way I can. Thank you very much for putting this together.

SarahĀ (USA)

I greatly enjoyed this course. I needed this information, and I need to be able to share this information with my clients and I do feel that because of this course, I can support them more effectively from a nutritional standpoint. From a fitness standpoint, it was very beneficial to learn what I've been doing with clients and what I've been doing with myself in the past is not working. So thank you again, and I look forward to future courses and micro-learning courses to take from you as well since I think you're fabulous.

Denise (UK)

Brilliant course, I absolutely loved it. I am a personal trainer, also a project manager, but I'm also going through the menopause and everything the course covered has been so helpful to me and my clients. I've already implemented some of the ideas, and seeing a massive, massive difference now. Thank you, Stacy. It has been fantastic course and I've learned an awful lot.

BethĀ (USA)

I took this course for myself and for my clients. I am in perimenopause and I've always been active. Your work being able to incorporate HIIT and SIT into my training and it has really helped the major body composition changes that are happening in my perimenopausal body. I'm really thankful for finding you on the interwebs of the social media and then finally being able to institute it. And so I am able to practice what I preach to my clients.

AmberleeĀ (New Zealand)

I'm a fitness and health coach, and I'm also at the age where I have been going through a little change in life. I've absolutely loved the menopause course 2.0. It took a while to get behind the science background a little bit, but I've managed to retain it and have been using it in all my training.

DianaĀ (Germany)

I'm Diana. I'm a German living in the Netherlands, and I'm 51. I started the course last year because I was looking for information about the menopause. Unfortunately, my mother did nothing to teach me, and I was in a black hole and totally desperate. Well, what can I say? Since then, I have completed an education as a personal trainer here and I am working on a strategy to pass my knowledge to other women to train them. Thank you, Stacy, for your work.

MegĀ (USA)

I really enjoyed the course. I am an athlete, and competing in the Spartan race and ultra running really helps me. I had aĀ slump because I'd been doing the same way to train when I was in my forties and early fifties, but my body really changed. So now I applied, as you suggested, to the course and it really improved me. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it, and I'm looking forward to taking another course.

AnitaĀ (UK)

I have been taking the Menopause 2.0 course because I wanted to improve my BMX racing performance. I hit the menopause, and I definitely saw a downturn in my performance. I was very lethargic, and I was like, there must be an answer. I came across Dr. Sims and thought the Menopause 2.0 course was absolutely spot on. It's exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much, Stacy, for this course. I have absolutely enjoyed every part of it.

Ange (Australia)

Thank you so much for putting together such a wonderful course. I have loved getting to the end of it and learning along the way. Everything that you champion and educate on is right up my alley. I really love the way that the course was put together. The videos were easy to understand as well as having the text there. Thank you so much for all the work that you're doing in terms of helping women become more visible.

BethĀ (Australia)

I'm a menopause coach and dietitian, and I consider myself a recreational athlete. I loved the Menopause 2.0 course by Dr Stacy Sims. I've been looking at the scientific literature and YouTube channels for quite some time to get some advice for my own menopausal symptoms, and I've become increasingly frustrated with either the lack of information out there, the wildly inconsistent information, or the outright crazy information that was circulating. I'm really excited to now go forward and share my knowledge with others, clients, family and friends. Thank you very much, Stacy.

Susan Speekenbrink (Australia)

I'm 58 years old and perimenopause hit me pretty hard at 45. Going to doctors, talking about symptoms like UTIs, lack of strength, anxiety, depressive symptoms getting worse, and being told I need to quit some of my passions. When Stacy brought out Menopause 2.0, and Next Level, my goodness, it was like the heavens had opened. I'm now feeling fitter and stronger and better than I had in a long, long time. I actually don't remember feeling this good. I've got no words, it's just a blessing and well worth it. Best course I've ever done. Thank you so much.

Jane (Australia)

I'm a personal trainer and I was first put onto this course by my physiotherapist. She said it'd be the best thing I ever do, and its money well spent. I did it and I loved every moment of it. I've learned so much. I had perimenopausal symptoms that I didn't even know were perimenopausal symptoms until I did this course. I was suffering from a bit of depression and didn't know why I was crying all the time. I really believe that every single woman on this planet needs to do this course and I want to thank you, Stacy, for making a difference and trying to help people and show us that we need to change the way we're training.

Leslie (USA)

Thank you so much for this course, Dr Sims. A lot of the women at the gym that I help don't really know how to adapt their training, so it's been really interesting to have these conversations with them and give them the option to do things differently. I've also begun to contemplate how I'm going to share it more with the Spanish-speaking populations that I have been working with.

Anu (New Zealand)

I'm a personal trainer, specifically of women. I will use all the amazing information from this course in my own training and with the women I train. I highly recommend this course to anybody and I look forward to getting more information from Stacy in the future.

Piia (Finland)

I'm a coach and I work in sports management. The menopause course was absolutely superb. It increased my understanding of women's unique needs in coaching, and it also helped me to understand my own body and my own needs better now that I'm also heading through the menopause changes. I will recommend it to everybody, from women to men. Thank you.

Lynette (USA)

I run an online coaching business that trains men and women in mountain expedition climbing. I really enjoyed your course, especially the science and physiology. I love the interactivity in the chapters. Also, thank you for making it really easy. It was a good reinforcement of what I've already read and know and think that I know. But this course absolutely helps solidify that for me. So thank you so much.

Kendra (USA)

I teach a lot of fitness, Pilates, and yoga, and I try to partake in everything Colorado has to offer. I super appreciate you putting this course together and making it available to the general public so that we can be part of your tribe and your small army, getting the correct information out there and helping women through the inevitable transitions. I so appreciate you and all of your research and thank you again.

Rachel (USA)

I am a registered nurse by background, but I've recently become a fitness coach for women in middle life and beyond. This stuff is priceless because it's hard to find this kind of information out there. It's just so empowering to know that other women are out there representing us and giving us women the tools that we need to give the best outcomes and improve the health of our communities. Thank you so much.

Rozanne (Costa Rica)

I just wanted to say thank you for this course. It was extremely full of information that was easy to understand but also very in-depth so that I could better understand myself. I just really wanted to take this moment to say thank you, I really appreciate it, and I look forward to more courses to sign up for.

Dana (USA)

I am both an endurance sports dietitian and an endurance athlete myself, and I thought this course was super applicable to many of the athletes I work with who are in that perimenopause to menopause transition. It will also be applicable to me in the next 10-15 years as I go through that transition. Thanks so much, Stacy. This was super, super helpful and I'm excited to apply it.

Christy (Canada)

I am a 51-year-old mom of two boys, a wife, and a social worker, and I loved this course. Perimenopause hit me hard last winter with lots of physical changes that really impacted my overall physical and mental health and well-being. I started with the book Next Level and then thought that this course would be fantastic, and it was. I recommend it to anyone who is either going to be in menopause at some point or knows somebody in menopause.

Heather (Canada)

I am a personal trainer from Ottawa, Ontario, and I love to lift heavy things. This course was great because Stacy does a fabulous job of explaining menopause to those of us who have not gone through it yet and helping our clients navigate it as well. If you're on the fence about taking a course on menopause, I highly recommend this one.

Katy (USA)

I am a Spartan obstacle racing athlete, distance runner, personal trainer, and mother of six. I am also an exercise physiologist, and I am so grateful for all the research you have done and for spreading the word about the differences between female and male bodies, not just at certain stages of life but throughout our entire lives. This has been eye-opening and very, very beneficial. Thank you so much.

Debra (USA)

I'm an advanced pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist. I strive to provide women with the best information about their pelvic health and their orthopedic health. Your course has been the absolute best thing I've studied in over 30 years. The research-based information that I got from your course about hormones and the gut microbiome has made a huge impact on what I do for myself and how I impart that information to my patients, and it's been a real game changer. So thank you so much.

Shannon (USA)

I am a personal trainer, group exercise specialist, and yoga teacher. I am 58 and post-menopause. My body wasn't responding to any of the traditional techniques I've always used to control my weight, and I was getting frustrated, so I decided to jump into this course. I've implemented everything that I learned, and I have also started using the techniques with my clients, who have also seen a lot of good benefits; I am looking forward to taking more courses, and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

Alisandra (USA)

I really enjoyed the course. Thank you so much for all that you do. I love to tell people all the research has been done on men and not women. I work with about ten male personal trainers who tell me we're all the same. You've given me the evidence and the knowledge to go back and give them and say no.

Ren (USA)

I just completed the Menopause 2.0 course. I am a longtime fan of Dr. Stacy Sims. I read ROAR when it came out, then Next Level. I love the course dynamics. It was great. I realized I'm now a menopause-informed coach. Thank you so much, Dr. Sims, for the care and special touch you put on this information.

Leigh (USA)

I'm a personal trainer, wife, and mom. The reason why I chose this course is because I'm in my late forties, and I have friends who are going through menopause, and I know that it is something on the horizon for me. I wanted to educate myself on menopause and then as a personal trainer. I do appreciate the course. I learned a lot, and I thank you very much.

Tatiana (Greece)

I have just finished the course and my mind is blown. I ran a marathon when I was 48, and then I hit the wall. I didn't know it was menopausal symptoms and I didn't know how to go on with my training and with my life. I now feel that I'm getting my life back and I learned so much from your course. Thank you for all the information that you are disseminating and for spreading the knowledge that life does not stop when your period stops. Thank you.

Darlene (USA)

A doctor helped me to see my issues, but your menopause course really put it together for me. Thank you so much for your course and I really appreciate the information.

Meghan (USA)

I have been an ultramarathon runner for 20 years and am an ultramarathon coach. I am 62 years old and post-menopause. I loved this course because I was just really struggling with my performance and my energy, and I thought I was going to have to become a slow recreational runner. After the course, I was inspired to get my mojo back, and it has come back. Now, I really want to help other post- or perimenopausal women with their lives. Thank you so much, Dr. Sims.

Stephanie (New Zealand)

I'm a personal trainer and a nutritional coach. I thought the course was absolutely fantastic. I have a very big passion for helping women through this phase because when I hit 50, it was like someone had turned a switch and all the symptoms of perimenopause came in. I absolutely loved it.

Rhonda (Canada)

I just finished the course. I loved it. It was super informative, and I think it's going to be really helpful for me and for my female clients. I learned that I need to change my training up. I was not eating sufficient protein to really fuel my activities.

Denise (USA)

I'm a professional health educator, health coach, and a high-level athlete. Stacy's Menopause 2.0 course provides the background science in an easy-to-understand format. The online learning modules are clear and detailed, meeting my criteria for understanding the 'why' behind the practice. Thank you, Stacy.

Tania (USA)

I'm a personal trainer with an interest in healthy aging. I struggled to maintain my body composition, had low energy levels, and even felt like I was going backward. The course was awesome, and I really don't think there's anything comparable. I definitely recommend it for any menopausal women and coaches.

Sue (UK)

I've just made the transition to being a full-time cycling coach, and this course could not have come at a better time for me. I found the way it was delivered so useful, giving me the opportunity to go over the science as many times as I needed to. I definitely would recommend this course.

Holley (USA)

I'm a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, and I took this course for my clients. Thank you so much, Dr. Stacy Sims, for providing this course. It was awesome.

Jane (New Zealand)

I'm a women's health coach and personal trainer. I did Stacy's menopause course, and I now feel I'm much more equipped with some new tools to help my clients who are going through the menopause transition, and that's huge. The course is easy to follow, and it's all scientifically researched. So, for anyone looking for a really good course specifically on menopause, I would highly recommend this one.

Clare (England)

The menopause course was a game-changer for me, personally and professionally. I now specialize in helping menopausal women and have no shortage of work. It's great to pass on the knowledge I learned from that course to other people and help them. It was a great course, so easy to follow, practical, and excellent; it was brilliant. So thank you very, very much.

Stacy (USA)

I am 50 years old, and I am still an aspiring competitive triathlete. Everything that I've learned in the Dr. Stacy Sims course and books has really helped me mitigate a lot of the changes that I'm currently going through with menopause. The biggest takeaway is that I can manage my body composition by making nutritional and exercise changes. So go forth and empower yourself. Because knowledge is power and good luck.

Rach (Canada)

I'm a pro triathlete, a three-time 70.3 winner, a two-time long-distance triathlon bronze medalist, and a Red Bull 400 champion. I struggled with proper nutrition since moving up to the Ironman distance racing, and I've dealt with a lot of runner's diarrhea. It affected my racing as well as everyday training. Since working with Stacy, I've increased the diversity in my daily diet. I started using homemade real food fuel, and I came off the bike with a lot of sustained energy for the run and ended up finishing the run with the fastest time I've ever run a marathon. Thank you Stacy.

Diesta (USA)

I am a menopause wellness coach and former bodybuilder. This course was amazing. It helped me guide my clients to eat a certain way, what nutrients they needed, and what kind of training they needed to change their bodies. I was able to use everything in this course and implement it right away. I want to say thank you again, Dr. Stacy Sims. I hope to meet you one day, and I just thank you for the blessing that you are to me.

Samantha (USA)

I'm a physical therapist, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. I am so excited to have this information from Dr Stacy Sims because I can share it with my friends, my family, and my clients to make a difference in their training. I'm also a fitness enthusiast myself, and I was able to take this information and apply it to my current training and exercise schedule and make a difference in my body composition. I'm so thankful that I found the science-based program to make the changes that are needed in this perimenopausal time of my life. Thank you very much.

Zora (Portugal)

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Stacy Sims. I took her menopause course and learned a ton, and I will share it with my biohacking women 50-plus community and with my clients. You will not be disappointed. Go and take her course, you'll love it.

Erin (USA)

I am a coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. I thought the Menopause 2.0 course was really incredible. It's going to help me as I ease into my own transition into perimenopause and then the rest of my life beyond that. Plus, I feel much more equipped to better serve the women that I coach. Thank you for putting out this information, and I hope that more coaches and women choose to take it.

Rebecca (USA)

I took Stacy's course, and it was incredible. It was a game-changer. When I went through menopause, I had no idea what I was going through. I learned so much. Some of it is technical, and I can't remember everything that she said, but I would recommend it to anybody who is going through this. Take her class. It was amazing. You'll learn a lot, and it'll be great.

Jackie (New Zealand)

I work as a nurse practitioner and intensive care paramedic. I am 51 and I had a hysterectomy 14 years ago at quite a young age, and now take estrogen. After suffering a whole lot of unpleasant effects, I took the course to learn more about menopause, and I've done that. I really enjoyed and loved the content of the course.

Joy (USA)

I enjoy ultra trail running, backpacking, hiking, non-technical mountain climbing, lifting heavy shit, and yoga. Your course came to me at the time that I most needed it. I found everything in your course was structured so well. I was able to formulate a plan for what I was going to do differently.

Lindsay (UK)

I was late to the party of competitive road bike racing. I started at 45 and was rubbish. I got myself a coach, a power meter and really focused on training, and I really improved. Fast forward to 52, and it really did go pear-shaped. I felt terrible all the time. I had nothing in my legs, wasn't enjoying my cycling, and couldn't keep up with the baby group. It was at that point that I enrolled in Stacy's Menopause course, and it really opened my eyes. The best advice I can give is to do the course. Really!!

Adele (USA)

The course helped me become a better mother and try out new activities with my girls. It's also helped make menopause a conversation around the table. My girls won't have to go through what I did. I encourage you to try it. It will help you discover where you need to go and who you are.

Sheila (USA)

I just finished the course and I highly recommend it. This course presented me with a scientific view as well as a practical view of what women are experiencing during peri and post-menopause. This course is for everyone, men and women, and it gives you guidance on how women can forge ahead and stay involved in sports, feel good, and still get results during menopause.

Jennifer (USA)

I am a triathlete, and I coach triathletes and swimmers, and I'm a nutrition coach. I was introduced to Stacy about six years ago when I opened the book ROAR, and it has mind-blowing information. I was fatigued, bloated, and heavy, and I had headaches all the time. I read the whole book all at once, and it was really informative. So when this course came out, I jumped on it, and it's truly revamped the way I coach people. Thank you. If you're on the cusp, sign up and go for it.

Jenn (USA)

I am a Kettlebell sport athlete and I also coach CrossFit and kettlebell classes. I really, really enjoyed this course because it helped me think about how to approach my own training, and to make sure that my clients are getting what they need in each and every session I do.

Jane (UK)

I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach for women over 40. I took Stacy's menopause course, and it was amazing. It has given me so much information that I can pass on to the ladies I work with to explain what's going on with them and back it up with science. I am so, so thrilled that I decided to take it; I just love watching, listening, and learning from you, Stacy, so thank you so much.

Marion (France)

I'm a former cyclist. I won French nationals ten times on the road and track, was a six-time world champion, and was a two-time Olympic silver medalist. I took the menopause course because I was really curious whose body I was living in because it just didn't feel like mine. I realized that the tendency was to want to go out and do longer rides, maybe with lower intensity, because I was putting on weight, and it just didn't feel good. I realized after taking the course that doing the opposite is actually what works best. I highly recommend the course and thank you.

Ashely (USA)

I absolutely loved your course. In my private gym, a lot of women were in their thirties and up and were really stuck. I am so happy and excited to give them all the knowledge that I have just received. Your course was amazing, and I do look forward to doing another one. Thank you so much.

Adrienne (USA)

Thank you, Dr. Stacy Sims. I've learned to fuel, and that's been a game changer. I had fueled inefficiently for decades, and now that I'm fueling correctly, I can do so many more things.

Judy (USA)

I'm a 62-year-old serious recreational athlete. I love to be outside, road riding, mountain biking, and hiking. I found the course extremely helpful, both on a personal and professional basis. What I didn't really understand was how those things changed for women after menopause, and taking the course gave me a lot of information and insight into that area. The course was great. I really appreciate it. Thanks.
